• Please note that we do not collect the delivery fee. Payment will be required at your selected courier when you collect your order.

• Same-day delivery is available for Kingston and St. Catherine when orders are placed before 10:00 AM. For other parishes, orders should be placed before 9:00 AM. Please note that we utilize third-party delivery services, which are subject to their terms and conditions, and delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

• We drop off orders to your selected courier daily, except on Sundays. Currently, we have two drop-off windows: 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM.

• Prices may be revised by your chosen courier service at any time.

​

• If you wish to make changes to your order after it has been handed over to the selected courier service, additional charges will apply based on the courier service rates. In this case, create another order to avoid charges and delays. 

​

• Please remember to bring your Identification Card and Receipt when collecting your package.
