Return & Exchange Policy
Products may be exchanged within 1-3 days from the dispatch date to your selected courier service, provided you have the receipt.

Terms for product returns are as follows:

If a customer mistakenly selects an item and wishes to exchange it, we will deliver the correct item and retrieve the original item in its original condition (sealed and undamaged). Customers will be responsible for any price differences between items and delivery fees.​

In the event of an incorrect delivery (validated on our end), customers must present the receipt and return the item in its original condition (sealed and undamaged). PartyPantryJa takes full accountability, waiving the delivery fee. If the correct item costs more, the customer will be billed accordingly and notified. If it costs less, a refund will be issued to the customer.
