Custom Snack Wrapper Policy

Order Processing: All orders are created within 2-5 days after the order has been placed and payment has been made in full. This ensures that the items ordered are sourced and packaged fresh.

Payment Methods: We only accept bank transfers and PayPal as payment methods.

Delivery: We offer delivery using third-party courier (Knutsford Express, Tara Courier & Zip Mail) services only. A delivery will be applied to your order based on your selected courier rate. Kindly note that items over 10lb will be charged an additional fee. The fee varies based on your preferred courier.

Contact Information: It is required that you provide your name, email address, and phone number to ensure smooth delivery.

Product Handling: Party Pantry Ja does not store snacks or beverages at any time, instead we source items once an order is placed to guarantee the freshness of all items. The items are customized in their original sealed wrappers without direct contact with the contents inside. It is important to note that Party Pantry Ja does not produce any of the items listed nor do we intend to. All beverages are kept in the required room temperature as per the labels' instructions (we do not refrigerate). Additionally, we do not remove the original wrapper from the product to ensure safety. We adhere strictly to health standards to provide a service that meets the regulations of our country.
